I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service performed on my two-wheeler at your service centre KRS Motors in Bangalore [23rd Nov 2024]. My vehicle, a black Hero Xoom, was brought in for routine maintenance and servicing. However, the quality of service provided was far below my expectations and has resulted in significant issues.
Firstly, I noticed that the servicing was not thorough. Despite being assured that all necessary checks and maintenance tasks were completed, my bike started exhibiting problems almost immediately after the service. Specifically, the engine and eventually broke down, which I believe is a direct result of the poor quality of servicing.
Secondly, when I brought my bike back to your service centre to address these issues, I was met with considerable delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, the repairs took an unreasonably long time still not completed, causing me significant inconvenience and disruption.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided and the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff. I trusted your service centre to maintain my vehicle in good working condition, but instead, I am now facing additional repair costs and a damaged engine.
I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full investigation into the quality of the initial service and a prompt resolution to the engine damage caused. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs incurred due to the delays and poor servicing.
