Hero Motocorp — Product Defect

Hero motocorp has sold me a defective product and I am requesting full refund. On 17th Nov 2021, I fell down and got significantly injured due to issues with the bike that i had communicated earlier to Hero.

I purchased Splendor Plus BS VI on 22nd Feb2021. Engine automatically stops even when I am on the move.
I was a splendor owner of 2009 model for 10 years and I am experienced with the old splendor and I have never faced this issue with that model.
I had complained to the authorized dealer from whom I purchased the new bike multiple times and everytime they had just eye washed the fixing but the bike
did not get fixed. Until now the dealer would have taken the bike for service at least 10 times saying they'll fix the issue but they have never been able to fix it.

The first time I fell down, I had escaped with minor injuries and i sent an email on 04/09/2021 to Hero motocorp asking them to recall and fix the issues. As usual the service center picked up
the vehicle for name sake and gave it back lying that the issue was fixed.

I fell down again due to malfunctioning of the bike and this time, it was serious, I have fractures and ligament displacements and
I have not been able to walk and hence unable to work and in loss of salary and also loss of peace of mind. This is clearly a product defect and similar complaints can be seen on Zigwheels.

Please take this defective vehicle back and refund my hard earned money because most of the time it was in the service center and in the few times that i have driven i had only fallen down
and injured myself.

I had mailed regarding this multiple times for full refund (mail sent on 02/12/2021 ) and there has not been any proper resolution. Hero motocorp has to
understand that this is people's safety and lives that we are talking about and for the agony i have gone through the least you can do is to return my money and take the bike back.

Being a 10 year splendor consumer of 2009 model I expect some respect from Hero towards its customers. All the details regarding the vehicle are below
