I have purchased a Passion Pro Motorcycle from Sharman Hero, Pitam Pura, Delhi on 24.03.2021 and I have got the first free service of this motorcycle from your authorized service center i.e. Infinity Auto, A-123, Mangol Puri Industrial Area Phase-II, New Delhi-110083 on 12.06.2021 with the following problems faced by me:
1. Non-functioning of Breaks.
2. Gear Box sounds very high at the time of changing the gear.
3. After putting the 4th gear, the gear has not down to 3rd/2nd/1st in a routine manner.
4. When I used to ply/run the Motorcycle, the engine stopped working.
After receiving the serviced motorcycle from "Infinity Auto", all the above problems, except breaks, are still stand with a new problem i.e. sensor of side stand has also gone out of order.
I have made the complaint to the "Infinity Auto" and they have changed some parts including sensor of side stand and charged Rs.220/- vide their Invoice No.23400BF21P12 dated 12.05.2021 (copy enclosed) from me.
Thereafter, I have again checked the motorcycle and found that the above mentioned problem/discrepancies has not been rectified by the service center. I again complained it to the service center and now they have told me that इतनी आवाज तो आएगी ही, गियर इतनी जल्दी निचे नहीं आते, ये प्रॉब्लम तो इस बाइक के साथ है
After hearing these words, I make myself don't argue with him and decided to give two/three weeks to check this motorcycle. But the problems are still stands.
The questions raised on your service center is that "if they know that they have not rectified the problems, why they charged me to change the spares?" Secondly, I have got a defective piece or it is a manufacturing defect or I have choose wrong motorcycle?
If, I have not chosen wrong motorcycle, then you may please got check the same from a good authorized center and take necessary action against "Infinity Auto".
