Hero Motocorp — regarding varenyam motors staff misbehave and try to make me fool

Today i have purchase a hero duet from varenyam motors firslty they all was trying to fool me or confuse me when i asked everything in detail so they all was doing misbehave with me and the accessories of my duet is not original it local which is easily present in market when i called to cancle my deal they said we can't refund your money you can go.

Updated by ER Ayush Chaurasia My issue was with local accessories this is not the genuine accessories of hero moto corp. When i complaind to senior sales executive they was trying to make me fool they was called its our another product but i am not satisfied with him and the sales executive said i am going now because my time is running out it means i am really fool because i am totaĺly free i have no work to do what rubbish .

When i called her to please cancle my deal i am thinking it is not correct with you they were called we can't refund you back you can do whatever you want to do because it was paytm payment.

I am really feeling like a very mistake i have done i was thinking hero is much better from another but it is too much hero doesn't have graduate persons all peoples like uneducated whom haven't sense of conversation or not have sense to deal with customer .

Its really very bad experience with hero and i am sure i will never suggest anyone of my relatives to buy any hero product you all think about the customer if customer have done his payment the we are free for make fool himself and one more thing you not take any action on varenyam motors surely i will go to court and consumer forums against hero moto corp pvt ldt because if your dealership is not behave like human being so think you are responsible for that and another words you are in supporting roll for your all dealership i think your moto is only that make a fool everyone and sell product you doesn't believe in goodwill and service quality or everthing .

You said i can't refund you back.
You said its our another accessories.
You said you can do everything what ever you want to do.
Now i am asking to you - Are you robbinhood ?
What kind of people you store in your company i am totally shocked about this.
