Dear Customer Service Manager / Higher Authority,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recently purchased VIDA EV bike, VIDA V2 PRO, with Vehicle Registration Number MH47CA1139, which I bought from Aniruddha Hero Premia on[protected]. Unfortunately, the vehicle has been experiencing persistent issues within just 15 days of purchase.
Issues Faced:
1. Battery & Performance Issues – The battery drains abnormally fast, the charging malfunctions, the mileage is significantly lower than the claimed range, and the vehicle frequently breaks down. Additionally, the horn stopped working, and the display went completely blank.
2. Sudden Malfunctioning – On two occasions, the bike automatically switched off, and despite multiple attempts, the on/off button was unresponsive. After some time, the vehicle restarted on its own.
3. Service & Support Concerns – I have reached out to VIDA’s customer service multiple times, visited the authorized service center, and repeatedly called the IVR number, but the issue remains unresolved.
4. Lack of Charging Infrastructure – The unavailability of proper charging stations adds to the inconvenience, making the vehicle unsuitable for daily use.
Given these circumstances, I requested a full refund or an exchange for a petrol vehicle at the showroom. However, the manager informed me that I would need to list my vehicle on their resale portal, after which they would get back to me. They also mentioned that my feedback would be forwarded to higher authorities. Unfortunately, I do not have confidence that this process will provide me with a satisfactory resolution.
Additionally, I was later informed by the service center personnel after visiting two times that I needed to arrive early in the morning to collect a line token to have my issue resolved. Eventually, the problem was addressed on March 17th. However, the recurring nature of these issues has left me deeply concerned.
Long-Term Reliability Concerns:
If I am facing such significant issues with my brand-new vehicle within days of purchase, it raises serious concerns about its long-term reliability and performance. This has made me lose confidence in the product, and I do not wish to continue using this vehicle as I fear further inconvenience, expenses, and dissatisfaction.
Request for Resolution:
I kindly urge you to process one of the following solutions:
1. A complete return and full refund for the vehicle, as it has failed to perform as promised.
2. An exchange for a petrol vehicle of equivalent value, as this EV does not meet my practical needs.
Too much disappointment and regretful after purchased
I expect a prompt response and a fair resolution.
