I purchased my Pleasure+Xtec (UP16DE6164) on 09/05/2022. After 500Km I have given for the first service[protected] and informed them there was an issue of pulling backside sometimes in the travel. After a few days I3s function was not working then again I approached the service center on[protected] to resolve the issue. The issue was fixed but a few days later I had trouble with the self-start then again I visited the service center on[protected]. When I received my vehicle I could find that it is still not fixed when I approached the service center manager he was not available and I couldn't reach him through the phone ([protected]) either. I tried to contact customer support at Hero motor cop but they could not take any right action.
As it is not even been 2 months since I purchased the vehicle I had to visit the service center 3 times because of different issues in the vehicle. This is not fair to the customer who bought the vehicle recently. Kindly help me to resolve the issue either by replacing the vehicle or refunding the amount.
