Sir I have recieved 2 mails from them stating as below.,
So i paid Rs.1426 through their website and the amount was deducted from my bank account. But the insurance was not generated online.

So the next day, i was keep on trying to contact them on their Toll free line, land line, no body was attending the call . I tried many many numbers from their webpages also.
So i wrote an email to [protected]@heroibil.com, and wait till 15 days over, no response, so i sent an reminder again, but till now no response from them.
By last chance i called them just now, no response.
How an reputed company like hero motocorp, is doing such an thing to an layman.Still i have insured my vechicle bcos of this.

Email recieved from them to renew policy:-
