Respected Hero Customer Care Team,

I have purchased a new Hero Glamour X on 26th November 2025 (Bike Number: BR01JU6520).

The bike has a serious safety defect — the front brake engages automatically while riding, without pressing the brake lever.

Due to this defect, I have already faced 2 accidents.

I have also taken the bike to the service centre twice, but the problem still persists.

This is a critical safety issue and clearly a manufacturing defect.

I request immediate replacement of my bike, as it is unsafe to ride.

Please escalate this issue on a priority basis and confirm the replacement process at the earliest.
