Dear team,
My previous complaint is attached bellow.
Still my problem is not solved by your workshop.
Mr. Rahul (Manager, akar motors workshop) called me after 2-3 days from the date of registered complaint and gave me the time of 2-3 days to solve the problem.
Now from 5 days he is not receiving the call and disconnect the call. I am not able to understand that why the company is not taking action for this type of irresponsible people who are not able to handle such things.
Kindly solve my problem otherwise u will lost your faith. Even me also exteremly dis-satisfied with the hero group. Kindly take necessary action about the matter.

Dear team,
I buddhi prakash purchased a hero splendor wide chesis no - mblha7179h4e00358 & engine no - ha10afh4e00312 dated on 30/08/2017 morning @ 7.30 from ghiya motors, banskho, jaipur (Sub dealer of akar motors)
I parked my vehicle inside the house under the sky.
Next day on 31/08/2017 i was cleaning my vehicle then i saw some scratch & defect on petrol tank.
I am staying in jaipur & went to akar motors workshop jaipur for repair or change the petrol tank under product warranty.
But situation is same.in workshop the mechanic rubbed the tank with some cream & cotton and send me without solve my problem. The spots are as it is.
I sudden called to hero helpline no - they filed my complaint & gave me ticket no[protected]. I got 2-3 calls from customer care but there is no solution.
I am so fade up with these unfair activities from hero side. Also not satisfied with the product & warranty related issue. I m not able to understand the warranty guideline which are provided by you for product.
Kindly solve my problem. Either repair it clearly or change the petrol tank.
