I purchased a Hero XTEC 2.0 two-wheeler one month ago. Its engine is making a noise; despite being repaired seven times, the issue remains unresolved—in fact, the problems have now escalated. I have visited the dealership repeatedly, but they have been unable to provide a solution to any of the issues. I no longer wish to have the bike repaired; had I wanted to deal with constant repairs, I would have simply bought a used bike. What I require now is a replacement for the vehicle.
