Heromotocorp — they already taken my scooter from last 25 days till it is not repaired

I purchase this scooter around 10 months ago it getting me in problem from starting as 2 3 times i already taken to hero service center (Okhla phase-2 new delhi) but last time around 25 days ago i give scooter to them but till now[protected] i didn't get it back whenever i try to contact any of them they didn't reply in well manner to like they are not afraid of anyone and always saying you will get it back 1 or 2 days but after that they again say 1 or 2 days
So please its my request to you to take action against them as they would be well manner with every customer next time
