Hidesign — Handbag not being replaced in warranty period

Hi,

I had purchased this "womens textured shoulder bag" on 26-july-2015. Witin 4 months the stitches stared coming off. I purchased it from shopper stop at jaipur with an assurance that it is covered under a 1 year warranty and it i suffer anything with the leather quality or stitching they will replace it within a year. Its been 6 months and i went to the shop, now these guys are not ready to replace my bag plus they say that it will be repaired and will take at least 45 days to come back.
So apparently today neither i have my bag nor the money i spent on it and forget about the assurance of 1 year replacement warranty.in fact yet to hear from shoppers what they will do finally with my bag!!
Completely dissatisfied customer. Will never go for a hidesign ever and will stop others as well to buy this brand since it has no responsibility towards its customers. Diminishing brand value but not long can they cheat customers!
