Dear Sir,
I have purchased a laptop Bag from your showroom in Central Mall, Kochi on 14th Sep 2020 vide invoice no : H85HS20-387. After one week o[censored]sage its stitches had started coming off and I returned the bag to the showroom on 21st Sep 2020.

When I returned, they didn't have the same bag in stock for replacement. They have asked to wait till they get the new stock. I got a call from the showroom executive on 20th October saying the replacement bag had come and I went to the showroom on 23rd October. The executive showed me a black colour bag which was not looking fresh and I didn't accept this.
Then I saw another bag in the showroom with model number EE FLEET STREET3 same with 50% off and I was ready to pay the balance amount if any. Initially they agreed for the same but later he checked with someone over the phone and said - I cannot choose that option as 15 days over from the date of purchase.
I have submitted the product back at your showroom after 7 days of purchase and I have waited almost 30 days and now I am not able to understand how you can reject my request point blankly saying I crossed 15 days. How am I responsible for this when I submitted back the bag within 7days of purchase with a complaint. We expect a little support from a brand like Hidesign.
I didn't find anyone responsible to address my concern in your showroom and there was only one person who handled the showroom. According to him he came as a substitute and he has no clew about anything. That's why I thought of directly addressing my concern to you with the hope that I will get a fair reply.
Kindly do the needful to change my bag to EE FLEET STREET3.
