Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — No support being provided during journey

Very disappointing experience with the bus staff.

I chose Himsuta expecting a safe and comfortable journey, especially as a solo female traveller. However, my co-passenger was playing videos loudly and talking on the phone despite repeated requests to lower the volume.

When I requested a seat change during the stop, despite vacant seats being available, the conductor refused to help and instead justified another passenger occupying an unbooked seat for luggage.

It is disheartening that genuine concerns around comfort and safety were ignored. When premium fares are charged, basic passenger support should be expected.

Highly disappointed with the service.
