Myself Himanshu Agrahari My HH no. 1352435 I have tested rtpcr covid test and got report but when I’m asking for ICMR specimen referral form of covid in which SRF no. Will be there but they are not giving and saying we don’t have I called more than 50 times they are cutting the call. Please help me I want to submit ICMR specimen referral form of covid and SRF no.
