It's been 2, year since my two wheeler emi is completed and i haven;t got my noc. When i applied for home loan that time sbi person told me the your hinduja two wheeler loan is overdue. Need to clear frist. This is very shocking news for me when i visited the pune branch there staff in pune branch are worst they told me company taken policy. And that amount was pending from you. When i asked i[censored]r compay taken a policy and charge are pending then why not inform or contacted me at that time. Manager give me the shocking answer, he said hinduja leyland finance has not inform to customer for small amt. That is the company mistake. I have taken loan from jun 2017 and paid all emi year july 2018 regularly. After that company taken policy in month of march 2018 without taken permission of customer and they chargers 555/-and he didn't inform to customer after compeleted all emi. After two year when i visited the branch then i know the all this story. Worst case is when i paid the 555/- amount he demand me for intrest they told me, you should pay the intrest or penalty also. Total i have paid 1383/- amount in cash. After that one week he didn't provide the noc or they didn't updated the due payment. I have follow-up so many times with branch and customers care but they giving me the lablab reason. There service is so pathetic. Till date i didn't get the noc.
