[Resolved] Hinduja Leyland Finance — paid all emi regular but still reflecting dpd and overdue in all 4 bureaus | |||
Respected Sir/ Madam, I had taken Two wheeler loan from Hinduja finanace. & had paid all my EMI on due date via ACH. Kindly check my bureaus reflecting DPD upto 30 days and overdue. while I had never been paid my any EMI after due date all emi being paid on time then why my bureaus reflecting DPD and overdue which in turn reducing my score day by day. Kindly solve it as soon as possible else will go to consumer court & RBI for further action. Please find my bank statement from first emi to till date & all 3 bureaus ( CIBIL, CRIF & EXPERIAN).
