[Resolved] Hinduja Leyland Finance — still not get cnoc

I manoj kumar, contract no. Dhdllxtw01697 and i submitted my loan closure amount on 15th january, still i have not get my two wheeler noc. I went to the branch sec-16 noida. She said your closure application has been processed from our side and she gave me area manager number (Mr.
Ashish) for follow-up, i called him to follow-up but he said me first you pay fine for closure then we process for noc. Kindly resolve my concern asap.

I'm Manoj Kumar my Loan Agreement No- DHDLLXTW01697 and Vehicle Reg No- DL5SBC-2128 (Honda Activa 4g). On 15/01/2019, I have cleared all the payments in a full settlement in at home and I also goes to branch do many times but still not received a Non-Objection Certificate. Officers in HeadOffice is knowing this or not about irresponsible and careless behavior. kindly take necessary actions at the earliest.
