I want to take legal action against the above siad company as their agent has come to me and book my subscrption for three years where by i received coupan for two years. I already brought to the same to company but till date they have not take any action now they refund my money nor they sent me further coupan for one years. Kindly give me proper advice how i can take legal action against said company. Your early and possitive reply is appreciated and oblige

Just like joydeep benerjee i also get cheated by dheeraj ojha and team till now i have paid 2.25 lakh rupees who will be responsible for that.
I m an exservicemen from indian army, retired on 31 oct 2017 and i have contacted dheeraj ojha in mid of november an executive rohit has introduced by him for my preparation of profile till now i did not get any job offer
They made me to apply more than ten courses in which only four courses are valid through vskills for which i got study materials but other courses are online videos and all mixed with each other its too typical to understand and i don't know how to complete.
Whereas i m a exservicemen it is my first quality and i had two instructional courses through indian army, i hope this is sufficient for a job in security organizations, but in five months they did not given even job offer.
I need my money back, i don't want any type of service from you.
Please cheat a middle class person.
My money which i have paid was earned so hardly, i served in army in the temperature of -35 in siachen and in +55 in rajasthan type locations, not to say that we served in insurgency areas where there is no guarantee do life, we live far from house don't we come back to home on leave or not,
If your hindustan times having respect regarding indian army then give my money back.
In the starting phone calls was not recorded. But now i had phone recordings and emails from first to last transactions i kept safely.

This has reference to a news on page 11 right side of the hindustan times, dated 01/04/2018.
Regarding burglary at the residence of gujarat governor's daughter's house in noida.
The newspaper has mentioned the house number b - 6, in sector - 50, noida as the house in which the burglary has taken place which is wrong.
The house number b - 6, in sector 50 belongs to me & no burglary has taken place here.
Publish a corrigendum in tomorrow's newspaper urgently clarifying this issue and publishing the correct address of the burgled house failing which i will immediately file a court case against the hindustan times for damages to the tune of rs 20 lakhs only and other cases under the law.

Sorry to complain the same problem times and again.
The paper is delivered well past 8.00am.
Inspite of various complaints and requests to the vendor mr. Sunder there is no response n improvement.
On top of it the vendor, s behaviour is insultive. He doesn't listen to the complaints
Due to his behaviour, delivery boys turnover is too much.
As this vendor is overloaded, please add another vendor in this area.
If this is not possible please inform so as to find an alternative.

Sir you have no right to post picture of students whoes court case is there and only fir is launched of students suspected to have used unfair means in exam. Could not the media understand that just by posting a photo of a student could distroy their future the court is enough for them to give punishment media abuse is not required and should not be done. It is to bring to ur notice about the irregular supply of hindustan times at ea 53 maya enclave hari nagar new delhi 110064. I hv also talked with ur representative on the phone and told about this. I hvmade subscription for two yrs wef may 17 to may 19. And the hawker has taken coupans upto may 18 and the rest are with me. I hv not received my ht copy for the last two days inspite of reminding him on the phone that i hv not received my copy nothing was done by him. I request u to change my hawker or cancell my subscription and refund my money for the next year.

More over i m going out of delhi from 20th march onwards till middle of may what will happen to my subscription for this period. I will let u know when i come to restart the supply. I would appreciate if i find the hawker changed when i come back

Hi i am a regular customer of hindustan times from over 15 years. Last year i had purchased yearly coupons for hindustan times and hindustan (Hindi newspaper) and now my vendor ask me to pay 30 rs extra every month.
When i asked for the reason he told to contact hindustan times directly. I live in vaishali sector 1, ghaziabad and every month i have to though same argument with my vendor.
Has ht has increased the price for yearly subscription? If not then pls take action on this. I have seen my vendor taking extra money from many people in my locality and this is just wrong. The vendors are misusing their position, i fear that one day he will stop distributing newspaper to my house and because of same reason many people are paying extra money to the vendor.

I have paid a sum of rs 1399.00 for newspaper subscription (Hindusthan times) for two years. Wef 19 jan 2018 for which they have given me one year extra subscription. Now they means vendors of news paper agency demanding 20.00 (Twenty rupees extra) every months for delivery/services charges.
On what basis the news paper vendor demanding service charges not yet mentioned?

Since 27 february we did not receive newspaper and after numerous follow-ups there has been no response from ht service agent. With this mail, i want to draw your kind attention that i was not getting my hindustan times newspaper along with my mint for the past 1 week.

I have a one year subscription of both newspaper.

I have tried to contact my vendor but his no. Is not reachable.

For my area the hindustan incharge (Ci) is rakesh his no. Is [protected] and the person who delivers the newspaper is rajkumar and his no. Is [protected].

Request you to please get resolved this issue on priority basis.

Please note that we have been writing emails and contacting customer care over call regarding the newspaper subscription of hindustan in hindi in vaishali in gaziabad for 2018 for which we had paid advance for coupons.
We had received only two coupons for nov & dec'2017.

Despite repeated follow up we did not receive satisfactory reply over email and the phone call. Every time the customer care wrote that approval for duplicate coupon is being provided. But we are now facing difficulty in getting coupons for 2018 and the newspaper is also not being provided by the vendor, as the vendor is also not supplying the newspaper.

Kindly refund the amount paid by us for the coupons for 2018.

My name is joydeep banerjee and i'm a 47-year old working professional residing in kolkata.
I want to share my recent experience with the fraudulent services provided by shine.com. I request you to kindly take note of the below incident-

1. I was contacted by a sales executive of shine.com, mr. Dheeraj ojha, on 18th nov 2017. He suggested that i should 'upgrade' my shine.com account to a 'premium level', the charges for which were around rs. 4, 000 (Four thousand only).

2. On my agreement and payment of the said amount, he said that there were certain 'integral follow-up' courses for which i had to enroll, failing which my account would not be upgraded. I had no desire or need to opt for any courses, but did not wish to lose my four thousand rupees either.

3. The courses offered to me were of a beginner-level, and not relevant to me. However, i ended up paying in excess of rs. 70, 000 (Seventy thousand). When i realized how i had been cheated, i immediately requested them to stop all services and initiate a refund of my money. All this happened on saturday 18th nov 2017.

4. Since that day, i have written countless emails and have spoken multiple times to all shine.com executives, for a resolution to this issue. I was offered a 40% refund on 20th jan 2018, by ms. Bhawna mehta, but that offer was subsequently refused.

I understand that shine.com has similarly cheated others in the past. What i do not understand is why do you guys continue to cheat unsuspecting people like this. This is definitely not an example of 'ethical business practices'.

Even though my past emails have been deleted, i will not rest till i get a full refund of my hard-earned money.

How could you!? The life the, the universe and everything was my favourite series of articles and that was the only reason i read the newspaper daily. Scrap the new mumbaistan articles and bring my series back. Also i loved the puzzle in page one plus. But you took it out too. People need to know about science. Not about some gossip the can't actually use in real life. Act like real media.

I have done online payment for hindustan times newspaper subscription for a year, but the coupons not delivered at my address. I also have done complaint against it but they closed the issue without any necessary action. details for subscription attached herewith.

Ne lady in the name of mellisa williams, o[censored]nited kingdom an account officer in jmc company, birmingham, has joined as face book friend. She wants good friendship of trustworthy and wants to invest 5, 00, 000pounds in chennai either in real estate or in hospital. I told to come and do. All of a sudden on 11.12.2017 (Monday) she told she arrived in new delhi airport and was held by customs because of huge foreign currency and other valuables. She also send the copy of the tierney by jet airways with flight particulars. I thought she actually arrived at delhi. Then she told one customs officer will speak with me the actual problem i have faced. Then another lady told by name sageetha chowtry had spoken in cell no. [protected] and [protected] and informed that she has to pay rs.76, 000/- as customs duty. I told to adjust with her money. The lady mellisa williams also has frequently requested through one cell number [protected] like anything and told to repay at chennai. Then with motive of helping i asked her how to pay.
The so called customs senior officer has sent one account number with particulars:- sbi current sanky jaiswal, a/c no.[protected], ifsc-sbin0004810, pan-bfipj 1076b new delhi branch. (But as per ifsc code the original place is jhungla, gorakpur. Pin-273001.) then i sent money.
Next day morning again that lady told that she has to get anti-terrorist certificate from united nation and has to pay rs.1, 81, 000/- then i blandly refused. But she begged like anything and the same so called customs lady sent second account numbers as below:- sbi current ajith kumar, a. C no. [protected] ifsc sbin0005608, pan evcpk8939p new delhi branch. Rs.1.81.000/-but the original place is mohaddipur, gorakhpur, pin-273001 i deposited the amount.
Then she send two bogus letters of reserve bank of india, with ordering to transfer the foreign currency of 5, 00, 000pounds converint into rupees of 4.3 crores.in my account. Further asked me to sent currency conversion charges of 5, 10, 000/- i find that letter was a bogus one. But the customs lady sent third account numbers as:- dinesh kumar, pnb current account [protected], ifsc pnub0995300, pan enhpk4615k, aadar[protected], new delhi branch (5, 10, 000). But the priginal place is taramanadal, shiddarth enclave, gorakhpur-273017
Then i refused to send more money. Then that customs lady told to send rs.12, 800/- asrefordable fees so that she will send the entire amount to my account within 24 hours. With the intention of getting the money i send this amount in the fourth account no. Ranjeet pnb current [protected] ifsc punb0995300, pan cgrpr7924k, new delhi branch. But the priginal place is taramanadal, shiddarth enclave, gorakhpur-273017 but after that no money was received and all the cell numbers mentioned above had been swiched off. But no money received. The important point is these kind of frauds done in gorakhpur.
