i have paid the HT person wia cheque for the coupons in october 2015 and also received a message in my mobile phone regarding subscription of Hindustan Times news paper on 26/11/2015. But i have not received coupons till now and i am paying for the newspaper now. cheque no. 678866 of Indian Overseas Bank also cleared on 21/12/2015. i am very much disappointed with your service.

Either refund my money back or send coupons.

I had handed over all the coupons of 24 Months to our newspaper vendor.
I do not receiving newspaper Hindustan Times since last months as the vendor denying that he have received the coupons.

HT also informed me that the coupons are redeeming by vendor but they are unable to stop him .

I also feel that HT is not helping to the subscriber.

We have renewed our newspaper subscription on 6 March 2016 & made payment via ICICI Bank Cheque No. 867250 dated 06.03.2016. But still we haven't received any subscription coupons. We have made the payment for renewal well in advance but after that facing worst services from Hindustan times.
Please do the needfull at the earliest...

I have asked my vendor so many times to give newspaper on Sunday only, as now there's no one at home to read newspaper daily.. I have been telling this to him for 4 months, but he drops newspaper all days and ask for money at the end of every month..please tell me when he will stop delivering newspaper except on sundays ??
I live in Sant garh, tilak nagar, New Delhi. Don't know the name of the vendor.
Please take immediate action.

On 27th feb 2016 have change my address & subsequently request was raised with ht customer care toll free no to update.

But it's been 2 months till now no updates on my ht newspaper subscription..

In spite of continuously writing emails & doing tele-cons over toll free the pathetic part is no response from ht media...

Being a good reader of hindustan times really having a very very bad response & experience...!!!..

Will not recommend any of my knowns & friends to enrol this cheating subscription offer from ht media...

A representative collect the cheque of Rs. 499 in the first week of April, but still the coupon is not received, even they did not submit the cheque to the bank.

We have renewed our newspaper subscription on 6 Jan 2016 & made payment via online. But still we haven't received any subscription coupons due to which our newspaper delivery boy has stopped delivering news paper. We have made the payment for renewal well in advance but after that facing worst services from Hindustan times. We have sent en email to them for the same but 10 days has been passed but still no response from their end.

Please advice what can we do now against them.

I had subscribed for hindustan times paper on 20-1-16.By chq no 151672, the nainital bank ltd, amount rs 799.Serial no ht 6040660
the chq was encashed by ht on 26 feb16, but since from day i made payment till todate(19 april 16)-the paper has not been delivered to me.For last 4 months i have been calling/and emailing the office-customercare -i have been told paper will be started soon/in a day or two

i even contacted ajay barthwal-person responsible-by phone and emails -not even once he reverted my call or answered my several emails i sent him and customer care
i had been told by customercare that according to co.Rules-amount is not refundable
i request you to pl-the money to be refunded to me immediately as co.Failed to honor its promise even after 4 months
i am a senior citizen-and its not possible to wait endlessly hoping paper will be delivered.There is reasonable time for the wait.
Its amounting to harassment and tension.Request refund now.

Your agent collected the cheque Rs/-699 from my residence on 19 january till date i am not received any coupons from Hindustan times side. i had discussed with customer care, they were telling coupons will reached within 7 days.(2 times), when try to call, no one pick up the call.

Hi have paid the amount 799 for renewal of my subscription almost 2 months back. But haven't received any coupon yet. Drafter number of emails to customer care but no response from their side and also tried calling customer care number of times but no response from their side.

This is really very bad service and behavior from HT customer care.
Please resolve the issue my subscription has already ended.

I gave a cheque (223953) of rs 799 dated 1 march 2016, but the cheque cleared on 19 march. I got messages on regarding start of delivery from 1st april 2016.
But as on 11th april 2016, the delivery of the paper is not started (Instead of informing to ht people who called 3-4 times from different numbers as well to the local news paper agent)
Please note this was only a renewal and this was lapsed 2 month back and the local paper agent has not even informed, when i asked he simply told your coupon validity is completed.
I am buying toi.
Dont know whether the problem is from news paper agent or ht.

I am regular subscriber of newspaper Hindustn times for more than 3 yeras.
The paper delivery at our residence (D- 317, Anand Vihar, Delhi - 110092) is very late(Paper is delivered after 8.30AMDaily which is of no use.) from the dealer (Vijay Kumar). Further our Subscription was bundled with MINT paper. The dealer does not deliver it regulary. It is not delivered since last 2 months.

The Complaint is made no of times to the concerned persoon but he does not take any action

I am taking Hindustan Times news paper from last 1 year and then asked for yearly coupons, I have submitted cheque no. 342054 of Rs. 799 in the month of February'16 and money was deducted from my account on 28th April 2016. I am still waiting for my coupons. After paying Rs. 799 still my vendor is asking money for newspaper. Please help me.

I have made a payment of Rs 799 via cheque number 717688 for Hindustan times english news paper . Amount has been deducted from account one month back but still have not received the coupons. I am continuously trying to contact customer care but no body is responding. I drafted mails also to hindustan times but even on mails not getting any reply.

It was discontinued itself. Now I want my newspaper back so that I can take knowledge and pleasure of newspaper. Thank you

I am Anup Kumar, resident of House no-52, Street No-52, laxmi Vihar, Nazafgarh, New Delhi 110043 with registered mobile no [protected], not receiving Hindustan times news paper since three months and all the couphans, vendor has taken in good faith. since more than a decade same vendor has been delivering the daily news paper and suddenly he stopped. I don't know the reason. The only thing is that I paid the amount in cheque and feel cheated. Apart from dozen of complaints and call back from your customer care, no result resulted.
You people must not act like most corrupt Govt. Officials and regularize my daily news paper.

I am writing this to bring to your notice how I have been cheated by the Local representative of Hindustan live in lieu of annual subscription for the Hindustan live newspaper. I was asked by the representative of Hindustan to pay an amount of Rs. 499 for the annual subscription of the newspaper. I have submitted a check (check number: 000015) of Bank of Baroda in the name of Hindustan Media Venture Ltd. in return of which they gave me the receipt (Receipt number: 7701927).

I was assured that I will be getting newspaper from 1st of March onwards and it has been 37 days now I have not received the newspaper even for a single day. I tried calling the local representative of Hindustan in Ghaziabad several times but they have only given me fake promises.

I request you to kindly interfere in this matter and help me resolve my complain.
