Dear Sir, I Had applied for HT Coupon on Sept'15 but not received the coupon till today. I had called customer care on regular interval as per the customer care representative. Each time they say, tracking the courier dispatch process since last 2 mnths. Detils are as under:-

Subscribed for hindustan times paper, they offer gift with it...yet to come in my hand.. Waiting for last 1 months...if its fraud... Thousand of people also sufferings from same complain...

I've subscribed Hindustan Times newspaper for a period of 12 months under "HT EMERALD OFFER 12M" approximately six months back (July 2015)with implementation coupon serial no 1065049. But since begining I was getting 4-5 less copies per month specially on Sundays. I asked many times to the serviceman and he started to provide all the copies sine Dec-2015. But now he has stopped supply of newspaper totally since 16.12.2015 and I'm not receiving any newspaper since 16.12.2015. I've made the payment for one year subscription in advance.

I, A.S.Narayan, live in Panvel west. I have given a cheque for Rs.1199/- to the Marketing Execuive Mr.Prakash Patil on[protected] for two years subscription of Hindustan Times.On his assurance that my subscription coupons along with free wallet would arrive at my doorstep via courier within 15-20 days, I remain at home. Till date I have neither received my coupons nor the assured free gift. Even after a month there is no response .The Marketing executive is also not responding to my messages .Day by day in view of this deficiency in service my worry mounts .With this I call upon the Management of Hindustan Times to examine my complaint and take effective steps to expedite dispatch of my 2 years subscription and the assured gift.I also expect a response from a reputed firm like Hindustan Times to notify me in advance of dispatch of courier in my mobile [protected].

I have renewed my subscription to the Mint newspaper vide cheque no. 000018 drawn on HDFC Bank dated 25/08/2015. I had received confirmation sms from HT Media of having received my subscription on 02/09/2015. I had received another sms on 23/09/2015 saying that my coupons and gift have been despatched vide Procure Logistics. I have yet another sms from HT Media on 23/10/2015 stating that my Mint Coupons and Gift have been delivered by Procure Logistics vide their AWB No. [protected]. I state that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED the MINT Coupons or the GIFT till date. Repeated Phone calls to Procure Logitics (Ph No.[protected] have yielded no results. They always promise to call back but never do so. The above mentioned compalint was sent on email id [protected]@hindustantimes.com on 30/10/2015. Received reply from one Mr. Hajra as below "Dear Mr. Kothari, We understand from your email, that the HT Subscription coupons and gift bearing coupon Number : 50280387 are not received at your end. We will ensure the necessary investigation is done at our end with concerned team. The investigation with the team will take about 15 working days and hence request you to bear with us till then. We regret for all the inconvenience. I am subscriber of HT from last 6 years. While renewing the subscription of last two years i was committed by your salesman that there is a particular gift (a sample was shown to me at the time he had come for subscription) which shall be provided at the a subsequent date after subscription. Though two years had elapsed no such gift is received. I had contacted your mumbai office several times, they always commit that they shall check and revert. But the same seems to be fake commitment. It seems that HT is just bothered to increase their copies of circulation and not bothered about their after subscription services. My Vendor return me the Aug 15 coupon with the reason of COUPON BLOCKED FOR ISSUE DUPLICATE COUPONS BY SALES TEAM, I can't understand the reason when I have the original coupons in my hand why are you blocked, I register the complaint no 2810 dt 03/09/15 for this matter in you call canter, but yet I have not receive the coupons. My name is husein khilawala. i had won the 'ht quiz' of november 8, 2015 and was noted about being declared as a winner on 15th november, 2015. they asked me for my address details which i have sent but they have not sent my prize till now..it is going to be a month.. my email id is-'[protected]@gmail.com'

I subscribed to the HT subscription offer for 14 months vide receipt( S. No HT 1385351) on[protected]. But since last 3 months the newspaper vendor is not delivering the Hindustan Times saying that he is not getting it from HT. I have sent numerous mails to HT customer care to resolve this issue and am still sending them weekly reminders, but there is no response apart from the standard copy-paste acknowledgement and that we will resolve in 3 days. I wonder how many days do HT customer care count as 3 days, may be 3 years. Obviously they are not bothered about you once you have paid subscription money. I have been frustrated and deeply disappointed. I urge everyone to rethink before subscribing to HT.
