Dear Sir, I was told by somebody that you have float an annual subscription offer of Rs 699/- for Hindustan Times paper. On the contrary I do not know how should I get it and to whom I should pay the money. The hawker who deliver the paper in our area is not interested in collecting the payment. Kindly advise...

Dear sir, With due reference to our cheque dated 14/12/14, cheque no - 832370, amount - Rs 699. Till now we have not received our coupans from the appointing Person (Mr Ashok Kumar ) .I have also attached the image file of payment receipt. I requested you to take immediate action against this issue and revert me as soon as possible .

this is my whole communication with HT newspaper. These people are cheats REMINDER ON 11.3.15 HT SEND ME SMS THAT MY GREIVANCE WAS RESOLVED AND THE DELIVERY OF THE PAPER WAS STARTED, BUT NOTHING HAPPENED . I DID NOT RECEIVE EVEN A COPY OF HT.UR STAFF MR.VICKY([protected]), RAGHAV([protected]), MAHAJAN([protected]), DHEERAJ([protected]), JADHAV ([protected]) I CONTACTED THESE PEOPLE ON PHONE N DIRECTLY BUT NOTHING HAPPENED . Respected Sir/Ma'am, The issue that I am facing is that my news paper distributor, says that it is compulsary to take Hindustan times one ( HT one) along with hindustan times hindi edition. I do not want the english edition but I have to pay for it every month. Please help me on this issue. Dear Sir, I am a senior citizen and old reader of News papers Hindustan (Hindi) and Hindustan Times (English) combo, presently residing at 1/79, Sunder Vihar, (2nd Floor), New Delhi-110087. The newspapers were supplied at will of the vendor Poddar News Services, located at Jwala Heri, Pachim Vihar, (Proprietor Mr. C. S. Poddar). The Vendor used to cheat me in several ways by charging excess without any reason, by charging for papers not delivered (Mostly 3-4 per month), not providing bill and asking for due amount which were already paid to him. This has happened quite a few times during four years. In November 2014, I noticed that in current bill the vendor had added some arrears which were actually paid to him as mentioned in the old bill at the time of payment. During this period, I was on my business trip outside country. I handed over the old bill with receipt to my daughter in law and instructed her to get the account corrected and to clear the dues to the vendor. The same was done by my daughter in law and receipt taken, suddenly the Vendor's son took the receipt from my daughter in law saying that he will return the receipt after showing to his father. The said receipt was never returned even after reminding for four times. Again the vendor issued a new bill showing arrears to the tune of some two thousand rupees, where as there was no such due pending at all. On asking to produce the receipt, the vendor refused to produce it and insisted to pay the amount which was actually not due any more. I refused to pay the money in this way and paid the current due amount as shown by him till February 2015 and obtained receipt on the bill. Thereafter, the vendor stopped supplying news paper from 23rd of this month. This is unfair, unacceptable and against my legal right to get the news paper on payment of reasonable charges. I hope that your organisation has not given the right to the Vendor to cheat and harass people and even not spare senior citizens. Please suggest the remedy ASAP. The verification request was done & cleared by 05.02.14 HT Coupons Recd on 13.03.15 & the delivery was suppose to start by 16.03.15. But till date I've not seen any delivery on the same. We were using HT subscription form many years and in this Jan'15 given our subscription renew cheque to Mr. Surya Prakash (MB: [protected]). That cheque was not credited from our bank and our subscription was discontinued. Requested many times for subscription renewal through phone and mail for necessary steps and also requested to take another cheque for subscription continuation. i have paid Rs 799 vide cheque no. 424534 payable at ICICI Bank on 1st February to news paper vendor as annual subscription offer for one year, vide reciept no. 1053867. The money was debited from account within a week but i am still waiting for the coupons even after one & a half month. subscribed for the annual subscription of the Hindustan Times in July and since then the process has been really struggling. Firstly, news paper started after 3 months of the payment for the annual subsription. Secondly, coupons are not yet received for the same and even the vendor has threatened to stop the newspaper multiple times in case we wouldnt be presenting the coupons to him. Thridly, We have called multiple times to the customer care and every time got to hear that we'll get the coupons shortly. Ironically its been more than 6 months after the payment and still didnt get the coupons. Made payment in July 2014 News paper started in September 2014 (after so many reminders to customer care) Coupons NOT RECEIVED YET March 2015 I have contacted the customer care more than 30 TIMES and every time they say I'll get it in next 5 days. ALSO WHEN I ASK THEM THE REFERENCE ID FOR THE CONVERSATION I HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH ONE. THERE IS CONSISTENCY IN DELAY every time.

In World Cup 2015, the match between Zimbabwe and Ireland was on 7-Mar-2015. Scorecard was published in HT on 8-Mar-2015 edition. The bowling figures of Afghanistan bowlers was published instead of Zimbabwe bowlers in Chandigarh HT edition. The snap shot of the scorecard is attached. In them ht city (lifestyle page )as on 6th March 2015 the photos of peopleinst celebrating holi is shown and the description of the photo is "At the Golden Temple on hola mohalla, thousands of devotees converge to play holi with 'Ittar' (perfumes) and rose petals ." It's Very wrong that your newspaper is showing a replicate of Golden temple(which is not Darbaar Saheb) in the photo featuring people playing holi with uncovered heads (thats not the problem) The problem is that your newspaper is showing some other institutions photo But mentioning it to be a Sikh religious gurdwara (Golden Temple). you need to Be sorry for such a mistake of your in tommorows newspaper.

An advertisement by Pentene Shampoo & Conditioner has been displayed in HT City front page today i.e.28/02/2015. A free pouch each of shampoo and conditioner was glued on the space proved on the advertisement but the same have not been delivered to me and were detached from the paper before delivery of the newspaper. Please look into the matter and advise the vendor to do the needful. Secondly, I am receiving the newspaper under annual subscription scheme and my news paper vendor is Sushil Kumar who has received all the coupons against delivery of newspaper. The vendor is charging Rs.10/- pm extra as delivery charges. I was not informed about these hidden charges by the vendor. Please arrange to refund me the same if not in order.

I have renewed my subscription on 10.02.2013 vide cheque number 228701 dated 10.02.2013 drawn on the HT MEDIA LTD drawn on HDFC BANK LIMITED, kandivlai west, mumbai 400067 for Rs.699 for two years renewal. I am very much surprised by for the non delivery of coupons till date inspite of 2 years. Now I am getting calls for the renewal but the coupons for the first year is still pending till date. i hv paid my cheque of rs. 699 as on 28 october 2014. I hv received sms that, coupon has been send by India speed post EMS no. EA[protected]IN. But when i tracked ems, there i saw message "no consignment found." I spoke to one Mr. Krishna[protected] and also sms my ems detail to him as on 5th January 2015. "It is a scheme with Hindutan Times where with a payment of Rupees 699 we get a delivery of newspaper for one year". Cheque number is 392244 which got debited in the HT MEDIA LTD on 30/01/2015 for amount 699.00. Even after repeated attempts and conversation with Mr. Abhijeet we haven't been able to get the newspaper delivered. Please help us getting this matter sorted.
