Dear Sir, I was told by your representative that you have float an annual subscription offer of Rs 499/- for Hindustan Hindi paper. On the contrary I donot know how should I get it and to whom I should pay the money. The hawker who deliver the paper in our area is not interested in collecting the payment. Kindly advise....

this is my whole communication with HT newspaper.
