I am calling since last two days to start HT subscription but they are not picking up the call. Also sent a mail on [protected]@hindustantimes.com. It is such a reputed media even then no response . It is just a harressemnet for the customer. Pl revert back.My No is [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam, My Application No is 7506748, Receiving date 06-Dec-2014, Customer Name Narendra Pal, Customer Mobile no [protected]. I have given 499 rupees cash to your executive last 6th-Dec-2014 for Hindustan times. they said to me that you can give me to cash. so i give to cash.But my coupon not received till now. after 3 month i was contact to executive. I have not meet to responsible answer to your executive. Executive Name Pawan, Mobile No[protected], 2nd executive Sunil kumar, Mobile No [protected].

I paid Rs. 599.00 to HT Media for one year subscription of “Hindustan Times” news paper on 4th July 2014 vides cheque no. 319937. Their local vendor delivered "Times of India" instead of Hindustan times and when I complained he said the subscription will start next month. I paid for Times of India for next three months in spite of making payment for yearly subscription. I complained to their local vendor to deliver HT and got it for a month in Jan 2015. Now I am not receiving any paper and when I called their local authorized vendor Narendra ([protected]) and he told that I will have to pay for Times of Indfia then only HT subscription will start. I also complained to HT customer care[protected] on 12th Feb 2015, complain number 1578 and reminded them on again on 17th Feb 2015 to take the action but they didn't do anything except telling me that they are taking action and escalating it further and someone will connect with me to resolve but nothing happened. I consider this out and out cheating being made by Hindustan Times for taking the money on the name of yearly subscription and not providing the services. I want full refund of my money paid to HT media along with 18% and adequate compensation for not providing the services.

I have accepted the scheme started by hindustan times which was offer of 2014 i had submitted the the cheque of rs.699 to the HT executor who came to us with the scheme his name is mayank shukla (contact no. [protected]) although we got the coupons late and after complaining to hindustan times they just write down the complaint and do nothing according to scheme we should have our scheme papers from feburary, 2015 but there is no action yet this scheme is valid for 12 months and feburary is about to go i.e 1 month is about to over and we havn't got any newspaper which we have accepted scheme its seems that they are just having money of people My contact no.-[protected]

i have submitted my subscription form along with cheque in the month of January 2015 till i have not received Coupon .I received a letter my cheque is bounced but I have shared my bank statement with HT it shows cheque is cleared and there is some issue in there system .Booking Reference number[protected].Mr.Ajay kumar from Hindustan times has been coordinating with me and his response is very unprofessional and do not the take complaints seriously always says it will happen by tomorrow. Request you to assist

I purchased a combo subscription of Hindustan Times and Mint newspaper by paying an annual fee of Rs. 899. I was told that coupons will be dispatched in a week and then papers will start. The cheque has been debited to my a/c on dt 30.12.2014 till date I have not received my coupon. Kindly issue the coupan immediately. Sundeep Bharty [protected]

I have paid subscription for Hindustan Times Newspaper in mumbai for 2 years w.e.f. January 2015. How come I have received coupons from October 2014 onwards. They should start from January 2015 onwards and not october 2014. I m losing on 3 months. The vendor is not acceptting October 2014 coupon in January 2015. Dear Sir, I had registered a complain w.r.t.my subscription of Mint (validtill 18Mar2015) and HT (Valid till 31Oct2015) and the complain no. is 16042. Iwas assured that I will get a revert from your office and the issue will beresolved. However, I have not heard anything till now. Request you to look intothe case and revert to me ASAP. The case has been briefly captured below for your reference- The subscription is in the name of Krishna Sheshan with Tel no.[protected]. Our Newspaper felllow has stopped giving us the newspapers from5th Jan 2015 despite the valid coupons and several reminders. He took all thecoupons from us at the start and has been troubling us a lot since then and nowrefused to give us the papers. His name is Kamlesh and no. is [protected]. Hemust be a sub-dealer. I want HT/Mint to stop the subscription with immediate effect asI wish to change the vendor. I urgeHT to stop giving any commission to this vendor and reissue my coupons for theremaining period so that I can assign it to some other vendor and ensure thedelivery of the newspaper. We have paid ch no: 130350 dt. 22.11.2014 for Rs. 998/- to your executive Mr. Navin (mob no: [protected]). But still we have not received the coupons. I called 3 to 4 times to Mr. Navin.

This is to inform u that the chequed was cleared till now.

I have made a payment of Rs. 988/- via cheque no. 009588 dt.01/12/2014 in favor of "HT Media Limited" drawn on Central Bank of India, Nehru Nagar Branch, for subscription of Hindustan Times Newspaper for two years and my cheque has been cleared on 18/12/2014. . However so far I have not received any reply or coupons from you. My newspaper vendor has stopped supplying me with the Hindustan Times Newspapers from December’14 onwards. Dear Sir/Madam Subject to renewal of HT subscription, I have paid the requested amount of Rs. 699 through form no.[protected] in November 2014 but still coupans are not delivered. Lots of complaints, generating DCR no. 16740 (Dt.17 jan 2015) and reminder raised to your Call center but very poor response from them. After so many calls, I requested to refund of my money. But still no responds at all after 2 months. I want Refund of Paid amount Rs. 699 along with interest and compensation(Rs. 10000) for poor service. Kindly look in to the matter ASAP. Dear HT team, During August, 2014 you had put up stall in our society and conducted door to door subscription campaign offering annual subscription combo offer of Hindustan Times and Mint, basis which we subscribed to the same annual offer by paying to you an amount of Rs. 899/- through cheque no. 000016 dated 23-August-2014 HDFC Bank. Our subscription numbers are ID R0008715 and ID R0009613 for Mint and Hindustan Times respectively. Please note that since September, 2014 we have been harassed by your vendor that he would stop vending our subscription if we do not pay Rs. 20/- per month as delivery charges. Today i.e 25-January-2015 morning he again came to our residence demanding the same and created nuisance. Why is your vendor demanding this unfair delivery charge? Does HT give its consent to such unfair practice? If you cannot stop such unfair practice, please let us know as in such case we would like to cancel our subscription and take refund of our money. Dear HT I did see your add on grievance's addressed by you in the form of media. I have been victim of depositing money to finance company seeing add in times of India ( Bangalore). I lost close to rs 40 thousand for the quench of buying flat in short period and avoid the length home loan process. Since i lost my money wrote back to TOI stating its scam and pls check the auth en city of the firms before publishing add. The mails were never...

Dear sir, I am regular reader o[censored] paper and use to book u yearly subscription.. Last year in December 2014, i again booked through u agent namely Rakesh mob [protected] after paying a cheque of Rs 699/- and subsequently i received the 12 monthly coupons. But the vendor who is delivering the paper asks for all the coupon in advance. Which i refused with say that after every month ending u take the coupon and Rs 20/- as charges and supply but is reluctant to supply and want all coupon first. In the year 2013, he supplied papers short by two month when i did a mistake by giving him coupon in advance. He is not trust worthy and how i can give him in advance all coupon when i am supposed to give monthly. In this regard i called the agent and subsequently u some manager Mr Ravi Bakshi mob [protected] but he too could not settle it out. My booking coupon no ID ; R0408284. Either make it sure to supply regular paper or refund me the amount instantly. As i feel u have engaged very third class vendor's who have no principles. I am senior citizen and don, t want to indulge with such people.so please make it sure to supply through any other agency.. Now, I got to know the subscription offer of newspaper delivery through my local newspaper vendor could not be established.May I know why did you not check this before collecting cheque and all the verification. A cheque was collected from my residence. It means address was correct. 2. I got a call from HT regarding verification. It means my phone no was valid. Then why my verification was failed. As I have already given a bank cheque, requesting you please rearrange verification and provide me anual subscription of Hindustan Times. Diear Sir,

We would like to brought to your notice that one of your vendor who delivers us news paper at residence used to harass us by stopping the supply of paper.

He used to go for monthly collection of payment from the houses in day hours where as we have requested him number of times to come either on saturday or sunday or before 8am but he did not abide to that and used to stop the supply of paper number of times.

I my self have deposited even three months advance payment with him and used to give him the money without coming to my door.

Today he came to my house around 9.45am and that time my daughter in-law was taking bath. He started pushing bell for more that 25 to 30times. My daughter in-law came out and told him that this is not the way of asking the money. In reply he again told to stop the supply of paper.

Now we would request you to kindly shift this vendor to other site or we shall lodge a policy compaint against him.

Dear Sir, As per your discount scheme, I paid a sum of Rs399 on 18.06.2014 for one sixth months subscription. I also accept a confirmation call from the HT media person . The coupons not to be handed over to me and the vendor of our area . However, he refused to cooperate and wanted all the coupons to be handed over to me. I have asked vendor for coupon. During this period I have received HT news paper continuously. But problem is that how I make payment to vendor. Kindly arrange the coupon so that I make the payment to the Vendor .
