      Please note that i am regular reader of Hindustan Times and Mint newspapers, recently i paid Rs. 1899/- for HT English + Mint newspaper subscription. But I received only HT english coupons, but i have not received Mint coupon.

      So you are requested to send Mint coupons also.

      Also please tell me what was the last coupon validity of Mint of previous year. And i also have not received gift also.

      Please arrange to send Mint coupon and gift.

        I've not received the HT City along with HT Brunch meant to be received on the Sundays.

        Having already conveyed the same to the vendor, it's been found that he has not received the complete newspaper with HT city intact from the depot itself.

        Kindly look into the matter .

            I have applied for coupons and paid for it through my credit card using razor pay. Till first week I was told that the I would be receiving coupons shortly and on my mobile I received message that coupons have been delivered successfully but no one came to my place to deliver the same. More over I'm not able to connect with HT media helpline provided in the message.saying my mobile number does not exists.
            Please look into it and do he needful

                Sir,
                I have paid for the subscription of 3Yrs on 11/02/2021 as per the call received from your representative that my subscription was ending this month. On this basis I have immediately paid the money wide a link shared by your representative while she was there on the call. Immediately after receiving the money I was told that the subscription will start from August and not from March. This was totally unfare on part of you that you have collected the money first then inform the client about this.Till date I have not received the coupon so request you to give me as refund.

                    I have been informed thro sms on 08.06.21 that my complaint has been
                    resolved but till date I have neither received my Coupons against
                    payment made for one year subscription of Hindusthan Times Newspaper.
                    On 8th June I have also been provided thro sms with verification Code
                    number of gift confirmation to share with the Executive. But till date
                    neither received Coupon nor gift as promised by Vendor. And your
                    Customer Care people are unable to provide with proper reply. It seems
                    your vendors are not under your control. if you are unable to provide
                    Coupon & gift, then just refund my cheque amount as I am not
                    interested to continue with Hindusthan Times since I had a very bad
                    experience with your Organization..
                    I find very poor service and your vendors are just cheating customer of Hindusthan times Newspaper.

                        I, Milind Surve not getting paper regularly. My ID no. [protected] and coupon no. is 20R0011927. from 1 Feb 2021 to 1 Jan 2023 (2 years). I am getting paper from Pradeep paper stall. Previously he was dropping paper at my door step, but now he is not doing so. Now i have to go and collect from his stall. Some time if i go little late till 10.30 am it is close because he says that if his Marathi paper gets finish he close the stall.
                        When i have taken your paper (Hindustan Times) subscription you have told that it will deliver to you at your home. Because he is not delivering paper to my home & i have to go and collect. Many paper are miss. From last 5 months nearly 20 days paper i have not get.
                        Please do some thing or refund my amount.

                                  I will start from the beginning, April 2017 I received a link from your association NIDHI GUPTA about shine.com and vacancy details in Australia.
                                  After few minutes I get a call from your association pushing for a paid subscription and he promising a lot of things. She sound as genuine as one can be, and she pushing the word everytime that " Shine.com under hindustan times. It's a india no 1 job portal. you just pay the amount definitely you will get a job within one month."
                                  I took the subscription after a lot of follow up by her and I thought that it was a right decision for my career. I paid registration fees then she told that now my relationship manager will contact with me who will help me in finding better opportunity. I was happy that time.
                                  A relationship manager (Abhishek) called and after a few vague question he pitched another two product and coverced me to pay another payment. He telling me that without it he will not be able to help me. Again he used same word
                                  " Shine.com under hindustan times. It's a india no 1 job portal. you just pay the amount definitely you will get a job within one month. I'm working last 10 years for Australia with shine.com, your profile so strong you will get a job definitely."
                                  Then I pay almost around RS. 66000/- within 15 min.when I didn't get any job and any interview call from anymore then I call shine.com again and again but they didn't response my call.
                                  After long time I register a complain in October 2017 at consumercomplaints.in and I complain also in consumerhelpline.gov.in(GRIEVANCE NO-738791 AND 645338) and I send again and again mail to shine.com and send hard copy of complain and my invoice via speed post but same as I didn't get any reply.
                                  I wait more then 2 years for my job and as a jobless. That time I worked with cruise line because of this job I leave my cruise job.
                                  Good thing is that I recorded call thats come to me and should you need to hear it yourself. I can send it across. I'm of the notion that many times the leadership is unknown of the tactics ground teams play hence I write to you in good faith hoping that you will help me out from here with the refunds. As I no more have confidence on shine.com and probably will do better of my own in job search. I have not availed a single paid service hence it should not be difficult.

                                      उपरोक्त विषय में लेख यह है कि मैं पिछले एक वर्ष से हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार का पाठक हूँ l मेरा पिछले एक वर्ष का हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार दिनांक 15/03/2021 तक मिलना था l मैंने अपने मोबाइल नंबर [protected] के संदर्भ से एक वर्ष के लिए हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार के लिए ऑनलाइन पेमेंट फरवरी 2021 में की थी l परन्तु हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार दिनांक 01/03/2021 को आना बंध गया l जबकि मेरा पिछले अख़बार दिनांक 15/03/2021 तक आना था l मैं इसके लिए लगभग 10 बार फोन करके शिकायत दर्ज करवा चुका हूँ l परन्तु न तो पुराने वाला (पिछले एक वर्ष) का मार्च माह का हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार प्राप्त हुआ और न ही नए सब्सक्रिप्शन का हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार प्राप्त हुआ l जबकि आपके यहां से Customer Care का फोन आया l तब उन्होंने बताया था कि आपको आपके हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार के कूपन के साथ गिफ्ट वाउचर भी प्राप्त हुआ l परन्तु मुझे भुगतान करने के लगभग दो महीने बाद भी न तो कूपन प्राप्त हुए न ही गिफ्ट वाउचर और न ही हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार l मैं बार बार शिकायत करके थक चुका हूँ l अब आपकी कार्य प्रणाली से असंतुष्ट होकर मुझे मेरी तरफ से हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स अख़बार के लिए किये गए भुगतान को वापिस मेरे अकाउंट में डाल दिया जाये l जिससे मैं दूसरा अख़बार शुरू करवा सकूँ l आपने जितने भी कस्टमर केयर सर्विस पर फोन रिसीव करने वाले लगा रखें है l वे बहुत झूठे तथा मक्कार है वो किसी भी समस्या का समाधान करने की कोशिश नहीं करते l केवल एक दुसरे का नंबर देकर टालते रहते है l दो महीने होने के बावजूद भी मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं करके उन्होंने मुझे केवल गोली देने की कशिश की है l मैं बार बार इन टेलीफोन नंबर [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] पर कॉल कर चुका हूँ l परन्तु सभी गोलीबाज हैं l वे केवल हर बार नई कंप्लेंट दर्ज करते हैं या फिर एक दूसरे का फोन नंबर देकर गैर जिम्मेदाराना तरीका अपनाते हैं l समस्या का कोई समाधान नहीं निकालते l इसलिए अब मैनें फैसला कर लिया है कि आप मेरे द्वारा आपके Bank Account में ऑनलाइन ट्रांफर की गई राशि को वापिस मेरे अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर कर दी जाये l मेरा अकाउंट नंबर [protected], बैंक नाम CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA BRANCH KOSLI DISTT. - REWARI, HARYANA, IFSC कोड - CBIN0280400 है l इसमें मेरी एक वर्ष की राशि ट्रांफर कर दी जाये l जिससे मैं दूसरा अंग्रेजी का अख़बार चालू करवा सकूं l
