Have made payments based on the link shared for subscribing new paper. Post payment have tried to call help line number of Hindustan Times but every time they kept on waiting and not responded to my calls.

Payment made on 24th Jan'2021 Amount Rs. 899 for Annual Subscriptions. post which they were supposed to share the coupons to be given against news paper delivered on monthly basis.

Dear Sir,
On 4th march I talked to your executive regrding non delivery of coupans, Gift and newspaper, I was assured to get news paper delivery from 8th march onwards along with gift and coupans. And senior will callback with in 24 hrs.

Again I called two times to your customer care centre on Monday 8th March.
First time I could talk to Ms jyoti.But she couldn't give satisfactory reply and disconnected my phone in between.
Second time your executive assured me that seniors will callback with in 24 hrs.
Till time I have not received any single call from your office.
Now I request you to make a refund of my amount deopsited with due interest and reasons for non compliance of services.

I have messages and rangup somany times but your representative "Priyanka" is neither picking up the phone nor giving me any reply, same as previous year.
This is uncredible for a very responsible and respectful organisation like HT.

Ht supervisor are not paying properly to their vendors /or news paper distributors because of that delivery person have stop delivering the news paper from january 2021 and also returned the balance coupon.
Three times i have spoken to ur supervisor of navi mumbai mr.Sachin mobile [protected]. But in vain every time he says i will speak to vendor after two days again vendor says he is not paying from last two months this show is going on... Plz look into the matter and revert thanks. Please refund my money as i am left with four months coupon jan to april 2021.

news paper delivery boy no. rajan -[protected] u can confirm from both i[censored] want.. n i m not only the one there are many people whose news papers are stopped delivering because of non payment issue
