I, Kamal Singh Asowal, a resident of B-99, NSG BlackCat Enclave, P6, Builder’s Area, Greater Noida - 201308, UP. I had given an advance cheque in May19 for annual subscription of Combo (HT & Hindustan). The subscription suppose to start from 1st June. As of new there is no news of coupons / subscription. I had tried calling the HT Cheque (amt - 1400/-) taker - Mr. Sachin Mallik, but he is not answering or taking my calls. I have no other options except sending mail to you. Its 7 days lost so far. Not accepted from such a big Media House.
The cheque was cleared and got the receipt via mail of the same. Also I got the message from HT that my coupons is dispatched.
I don’t know what to do now. Would appreciate if you look into this and revert or instruct further accordingly. If there is issues in it, then I request you to kindly cancel and refund the same. I will look for another Newspaper subscription.

I received a SMS that your HT subscription coupons delivered by BSA Courier vide doc no. RA 8243045 on 29.08.2019. Since i haven't received the coupons thus i called HT office No.[protected] on 29/08/2019 for informing non-receipt of coupons and later followed up on 30/08/2019 and 04.09.2019
