Hindustan Times — Complaint regarding not receiving Newspapers from last 5 months

I, Satyanarayan A Mishra, living in Flat no.001, Atharva CHS Ltd.Plot No.14, Sector-18, Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai & I had taken a Hindustan times newspaper subscription for 2 years in November 2015.Before also I had taken but this time the newspaper I am not receiving also I had contacted distributor for this issue he has demanded for extra money from me for delivering at my home.At the time of subscription the man from Hindustan Times came for payment named as Chintu singh said there will be no extra charges for delivering n everything will be included in the same.
