Hindustan Times — coupens not received after two months of giving cheque

I gave a cheque to HINDUSTAN TIMES executive Mr. Ganaga Ram ON 2ND AUGUST And he said me that i will get my coupens in 15-20 days but yet i did not receive coupens, When i call in customer care, every time they say u will get your coupens in 7 days, and also they are not responding y mails, phone calls .I am very much fed up of their services., I want my money back or coupens as soon as possible.last year also i subscribed for hindustan times news paper and they sent coupens after 1 year of giving money .Their services are very very slow and i get angry when they do not reply of my mails, calls .
