Hindustan Times — did not recieved the coupons after Jan from the HT representative Parveen

My cheque has been refunded for scheme HT+Mint saying that i have the coupons valid till August 2015. But since Jan i have not been received HT Mint. Now HT Rep. Parveen & Dinesh Yadav are not picking the phone. Kindly resolve my problem. Do the loyal cuatomers hv to face the problem everytime likewise i am .
