Dear Sir, I was told by your representative that you have float an annual subscription offer of Rs 499/- for Hindustan Hindi paper. On the contrary I donot know how should I get it and to whom I should pay the money. The hawker who deliver the paper in our area is not interested in collecting the payment. Kindly advise.

I applied for 12 months subscription of Hindustan (Hindi) on 28th February 2016 with Booking Serial No. 7700095 at my residence address at Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. I paid cheque of Rs. 499.00 which has been cleared by bank. After a general inquiry, I got the message on 11th April that my subscription is processed and I will start getting newspaper by[protected], but I have not received any coupon and neither any newspaper till now.
I tried your customer service no. but its always busy. The person who came for subscription offer never picks the call.
I request you to please start my subscription as soon as possible.

I wanted to subscribe for annual delivery but confirmed for monthly which is not acceptable to me . Kindly cancel.
