I gave a cheque of Rs. 699/- in the name of HT Media on 31.01.2015 through HT news paper vendor Mr. Mohd Irshad. Now since 20th March. 2015 I am not getting HT news paper, I made constant complain to your HT executive and customer care officer but nothing was done. I have made constant follow up on it. Regret to say but your customer care service is very pathetic. During the time of booking I was told that the coupons will be delivered to my house either by courier or by hand, which was also mentioned in the form. But when asked the customer care about it they said that the coupons have been delivered to the vendor directly. Please lookminto the matter and do the needful or refund my money ASAP..
