Hindustan Times — non receipt of annual subscription coupons

I have booked for a yearly subscription with an amount of Rs.699 through one Hindustan times executives who visited our home as its a scheme announced by HT to their regular customers and after honouring of the cheque HT will send us yearly subscription coupon which we have give it to our local vendor on every month, last years subscription was upto February 2015, several months have passed but this years coupons are still awaited and the vendor is asking for the same every time please send me this years coupons at the earliest.
