Hindustan Times — non - receipt of coupon | |||
I paid rs 1399 for 2 yrs coupon of hindustan times vide cheque no. 882249 (State bank of india) dated 22.09.19. The booking (Form no. [protected]) has been verified, but till date i have not received the coupon. When talked to customer care executive on 05.10.2019, he has not any information in his record and was unable to help in any way. I haven't received the HT newspaper subscription coupon even though the payment was debited from my account on 24/Oct/2019.
