I booked Hindustan Times and Sunday Hindustan Times for a period of 6 months under HT Golden Offer 6M vide Serial No.1100759 on 02.12.2013 and paid a sum of Rs.400/- in cash to Mr. Varinderjit Singh, representative from Amritsar office. Inspite of repeated telephones, I have not till date received the Implementation Coupons. Every time, the concerned officials make excuses by one or the other pretext.
