Dear Sir I have given a cheque NO. 828126 of RS 699/- on 13/05/2013 which was cleared on 29.05.2013 in my SB A/C OF syndicate bank malviya nagar, new delhi branch, . Even original receipt of payment taken by your Executive Mr. Dilshad from us and he promised to issue coupon but till today No Paper service was started or Coupon issued to us against the same cheque.
