This complaint is regarding HUL product Water purifier PureIT Autofill. After since the last time I got pure it kit changed by their personnel, the water output quality has degraded constantly. Its been more than 9 months but still the Germkill Life indicator is completely full. The water has now turned green (probably fungus), the black particle is suspended into water and also has been accumulated in the Base. Upon calling their customer care, i was been informed that i will be charged 100Rs extra for just registering this complaint.
After registering a complaint, I was contacted by one of their executive Satish Yadav. Upon conveying my problem, I was welcomed very rudely by him. He answer preciseprecisely to me was - "Aap ko 100rs dena padega jo karna hai kar lo" and then he disconnected the phone.
A serious action must be taken against Satish Yadav for his misbehaviour. Also I don't understand why should I be charged for their wrong doing. I wish to have a waiver of that fee and compensation in form of free service with no charges for changing pureit kit.
