On our Pureit Machine the third light is blinking and hence we had registered a complaint Pureit.

Date : 04.08.2014
Pureit always sends a third party " TAJ SERVICES " for service to our home.
We already have a Pureit kit worth Rs 3500 with us.
- After 72 hours we received the first response from " TAJ SERVICES " who said that we need to purchase a New Kit for Rs 1600.
- When we informed " TAJ SERVICES " that we will not pay any additional amount as we already have a kit.
Then the technician said he will provide us the kit [ of Rs 1600 ] if we agree to give him our existing New Kit [ of Rs 3500 ] to him.
- Then after 2 days " TAJ SERVICES " called and said that they will attach the kit from our existing New Kit [ of Rs 3500 ], and we need to pat only the service charge of Rs 250/-
However we are still awaiting the Technician.
Please let us know why does Unilever sell such machines when the provide such third class after sales service.
This has become a constant headache for us every time the light blinks on our machine.
We have also sent "RFS 0" code many times to your sms.
Please ensure that :
- Our complaint is addressed latest by tomorrow.
