This is my complain number #C[protected]. Technician visited and said there is no chlorine in the battery. So i have to buy a new germ kit killer. I had this problem from very start, the day i replaced the gkk(7/3/14). And I had even complained about it several times. But i dint receive any service. and today after 3 months I receive the service and they say I have to again BUY a new gkk. But I will bring to your notice that the gkk has expired prematurely and no one is ready to accept that. I am tired of explaining your call centre people and the branch executives but the only response I get is "we are sorry for this. But you have to buy a new one". I am demanding a new gkk for free as its premature expiry and the inconvenience am facing since last three months. I would say if you can't provide the service then stop claiming false things.
Hope you take an action against this soon.
