Hi,
We have ordered a germkill battery of pureit water filter on 4th Aug 2015 however we did not recieve the germkill battery within 72hrs(as promised by them)

The technical team responded after given time period.

When I said them to fullfil there promise to install a free germ kill battery
They were not responding according to there promise.
More over they did not install the battery yet.today is 10th of August 2015.
also they are not behaving normally over the phone.
Kindly look in to the fore said complaint.

4th Aug 2015 sms:

Dear Customer, Ur order RFS/9188244 is booked in "Pureit Promise" and will be delivered within 72 hrs, if not u will get a GKK free*-Team Pureit. * T&C apply

8th Aug 2015 sms:

Sir i am from pure it your phone is not pick and your gate is closed . Please call me back yatin [protected]

There response was not within given time period and I was at my home during there call.In sms they wrote that door was close is fake.Unfortunately I did not pickup there call however I call back to him as they said to call back in the sms of
8th Aug 2015.
They did not respond well.
