I purchased a PureIt purifier since a year ago.
The purifier has been giving one problem or the other since then.
This time after the CSF was changed there was a problem with the inlet pipe. I asked the technician to change it and changed it only after calling him again . If this was done one the same day when the CSF was changed I would not have to pay the service charges. the inlet pipe costs about Rs 35 a meter and I purchased only 2 meters and paid the technician Rs 120.
After this happened the purifier started leaking. The technician came and informed that this happened because the water pressure.
This should have been checked when the technician changed the pipe.
Also the customer care was not at helpful. They took 3 days to arrange a call after calling them like 4-5 times. Was this information helpful? |
