Hindustan Unilever Pureit — Water purifier less than and year not working. Company not repairing even after repeated compaint registered

Bought HUL Pureit water purifier on 10th May 2014 Bill# 4345. From past one month the water purifier had been not working. We have lodged complaint. First 2 times the technicians came and repaired. next day again it was not working. Now even after repeated calling up and raising the complaint number they are not sending any one. When we ask for a replacement as the product is still under warranty they are not even replying. Last complain#4 is C[protected]
