I have brought a Hindware Calisto water purifier, it stopped working and customer care stopped responding to the complainants, I have tried contacting them alot of times but failed to get any resolution

    I have two commodes which has cracks on it and were broken.
    Hindware assitant have come and checked it and provided information to the company.

    But I have received a call from customer care informing me that the complaint is rejected.

    There was no reason why the request was rejected.

    I was even asked by one of the customer support person to not call back as we would not be getting the claim on this.

    The company is not at all bothering about the customer's after the purchase is done. It is just leaving the customers and the trust on the company being damaged.

    We have seen many cases which are rejected. I want to know the reason why the complaints raised are rejected without any reason even if the product is in warranty.

    I need justice on this please!!!

      Hindware kitchen product Glass HOB in main kitchen exploded while cooking food.
      I have been sending multiple emails and contacting you almost everyday for the past couple of months.
      If it was a minor damage I should have ignored. Despite of innumerable phone calls, mails and whatsapp messages the company is ignorant and reverting with the assurance of contacting us, though they never have. Because of the blast I requested the the company to take up the responsibility and replace the HOB but they have not.
      The mental stress and agony my family went through is so devastating and painful.
      My wife suffered minor Injury as well whilst cooking.
      This is my second complaint on this forum
      No family should go through these types of problems because of Hindware products.

        Needed 4 numbers flush tank valve piston (Hydra). Spare not available. Called service centre they say spare is not available. Location Vile Parle east, Mumbai
        It is not fair and reasonable by the company to say product spares is unavailable. The company gurantees the product normally for 10-15 years. Now i have to break walls of bathroom to install new system. If this is condition of a so called genuine company like hindware.
        Such a pity for hindware. Please don't introduce such products if you are not capable of maintaing spares and service.
        Highly incompetent service.

            I bought a Hindware Atlantic 10L Storage Water Geyser on 17-Oct-2020. Within 2 months I am facing leakage issue with it. After too many call to customer services & Area Manager (Neelkanth Enterprise), service guy came and said they will change its water tank and asked to me wait for 1-2 days. I called him on 2nd day but he again asked me to wait for 2 more days. I called him again after 2 days but he is repeating to the same line and asking to wait for more days. I tried reaching many times through email & Phone to their customer support & Area Manager but not one assisting me.

                I bought it on 19may 2019 continues gas leaking from the pipe side despite being complain many times but nothing could be done by hindware service instead their executive came n rudly behaved without done anything they left because of this whole scenario my family suffered a lot.it like a mental torture.

                  I bought a Hindware geyser and it is in warranty.
                  I had a issue with the filament and the service guy came but said there
                  is no stock for new part. It has been 2 weeks now and there is no response from them.
                  Pathetic service.

                    I am really upset with your service. It has been almost 20 days and my complaint does not resolve yet. Service centre called me and said 2 days more and than again 2 days more and again... I am using many brands product but not facing this type of service that you provides. Now I don't recommend your brand product to anyone and also giving a review which I am facing. Now I am going to through product in scrap and buying new product any other brand.

                      Kindly inform you the horrible condition of this HOB blast. If it was a minor damage Iwe should have ignored. Despite of innumerable phone calls, mails and whatsapp messages the company people are ignoring this horrible tragedy Because of the blast I requested the the company to take up the responsibility and Replace the HOB. The mental stress and agony my family went through was so devastating and painful.

                        This is to bring in your notice that I, Mr. Tilak Raj Jain resident at P-3 vijay vihar uttam Nagar New Delhi- 110059, had purchased 6 Pcs of Concealo Tank with 80mm Plate dated 05.01.2018 vide bearing invoice no. VES-1307 from vijay electricals and sanitations having GSTIN: 07AAJPK4307R1Z9, uttam nagar.

                        We are facing lot of difficulties with your concealo tank from the date of Purchase as stored water in tank get leaked after sometimes for which we have lodged complaints many times.

                        As per your policy, warranty period of Concealo Cistern(in wall tank) for residential purpose is 10 years.

                        However, after lockdown, we are facing same problem again for which we have lodged complaint. Then a person from service center came and said you have to pay charges of ₹250/- + GST for this as company have change their policy from retrospective effect- warranty now reduce from 10 years to 2 years.

                        And when we deny to pay the amount. He said you have only option to lodge compliant against the company because most of the people are doing same.

                        I the above deponent, lodge complaint for the same.

                        If my request in not accepted and problem i am facing not resolved within week. I will lodged RTI/CPGRAM against your malafide policy. This practices will definately hinder your goodwill in general public.

                          We have 2 bathrooms with hindware company's seats and in both of those bathrooms we are facing issue of "flush tank is not filling up/ filling up very slowly". Due to which it has become very difficult to use toilet. This problem comes every 2-3 months and the toilet seat is in warranty, so company repairs it for free but this month i have contacted hindware company multiple times, still they have not addressed the issue. I have registered complaints multiple times on their website, toll-free number etc. They even sent acknowledgement message on FRIDAY that "Dear HSIL Customer, Your SR no. CK009728 is assigned to Gurdas singh.Your satisfaction code is 7171, Please share it ONLY if you are satisfied with work" TODAY ITS WEDNESDAY. Still nobody from Hindware has come for repair. Please help addressing this issue.

                            Geyser was not working since June 2020. Customer care engineer visiting in June told me the product need to be upgraded and asked me to pay Rs. 2200 towards a geyser.

                            Have paid Rs.4400 towards 2 geysers. But since payment, no body is responding to my calls either through phone or mail.

                            Following up for the last 5 months. Fed up with the worst customer care provided by Hindware.

                            I am planning to file a case in consumer court. Can someone guide me how to go?

                              I have raised a complaint in july 2020 with hindware as my geyser is not working. technician came and confirm there is an issue with the product and it needs to be replaced. since then i am following up multiple calls and emails. in the month of aug 2020 they asked to upgrade to higher model and pay 2200 rs to avoid future issues. i made the payment and informed Nandesh manager send the payment receipt also. since then i am following up with hindware customer care, they say there is no manager/supervisor on the floor and i have sent multiple email to fix still no response. This is worst service and they don't care of the issue. I have called Nandesh manager multiple times still no response from him.

                                Hi Team,

                                Our hindware 15L geyser is not working from past 6 months. We tried contacting customer care more than 10 times. Only first time we had a visit from serviceman. He took out heating elements and bottom panel told he will come and replace in a week, it's been 6nmonths now, called customer care 10 times or more, raised ticket for repair in app multiple times, each time they are just cancelling the ticket, we called area service manager too, still no one came. kindly resolve the issue.

                                  I have been following up for a Gyser repair complain since 2nd July 2020, but till date i.e. 1st October 2020 (3 months), the repair work has not been done.

                                  3 times their engineer have visited and every time a different person comes and goes back without repairing it.

                                  At times even the engineer name that i get on message is not the one that who actually visits.

                                  I strongly advice people not to buy Hindware products as the after sales service is very poor.

                                    I purchase two nos. Of delta wash basins of hindware few months back from m/s pankaj sanitary, narangi, guwahati, assam for my home near basistha mandir. Both the basins developed hair line cracks after installation. This is very disturbing. I have trusted hindware brand for its quality assurance but the company is providing wrong products and information to the customers. Even after complaining about the cracks in the basin to the seller, the latter took no responsibility and asked me to buy a new one instead. Is this the way a company like hindware is providing service to the customers?

                                      Hi,
                                      With regards to the above subject, i'm extremely disappointed and feel cheated by the way a big brand like hindware is treating its customers.
                                      To give you an overview of my concern, i bought single lever faucet of hindware through a local distributor on 12/12/2019 (Bill copy attached), with a 12 month warranty on polish but sadly we started facing issues with the product, within 3 months of installation the polish was damaged and eventually i lodged a complaint with their customer care 10th'june'2020, ref no # cf009167. As a response to that complaint mr. Pradeep visited and clearly stated that the product is faulty and polish is damaged, he even told me that he will file the response with the company and within 15 days the replacement will be done and i kept waiting for their response but nothing happened till august. After that i again contacted the customer care on 14th'aug and they told me that my complaint is closed, on asking a reason for closure, as neither i got any correspondence (Verbal or written) from their side nor there is any solution to my problem.
                                      The customer care team asked me to file a fresh complaint and i again did that with ref no # ch015957, 14th'aug, 2020 and again mr. Satish kaushal visited and told me that replacement will be done soon as he also stated that the polish was damaged. This time also unfortunately the complaint was closed without informing/discussing anything with me and now they are saying that they can't do anything even when the product is under warranty.
                                      Pls look into the matter as there is no point in buying branded products and paying premium prices when these companies are not bothered about warranty and don't even bother to give any response to our complaints.
                                      Request the authorities to pls resolve this and this might be a case with many customers who are suffering and not getting justice. This is simply not acceptable where such companies claim big slogans before sales to attract customers and do not stand on their commitments after sales. Pls find attached the copy of purchase bill, warranty card and the pictures of the product.
