With regards to the above subject, i'm extremely disappointed and feel cheated by the way a big brand like hindware is treating its customers.
To give you an overview of my concern, i bought single lever faucet of hindware through a local distributor on 12/12/2019 (Bill copy attached), with a 12 month warranty on polish but sadly we started facing issues with the product, within 3 months of installation the polish was damaged and eventually i lodged a complaint with their customer care 10th'june'2020, ref no # cf009167. As a response to that complaint mr. Pradeep visited and clearly stated that the product is faulty and polish is damaged, he even told me that he will file the response with the company and within 15 days the replacement will be done and i kept waiting for their response but nothing happened till august. After that i again contacted the customer care on 14th'aug and they told me that my complaint is closed, on asking a reason for closure, as neither i got any correspondence (Verbal or written) from their side nor there is any solution to my problem.
The customer care team asked me to file a fresh complaint and i again did that with ref no # ch015957, 14th'aug, 2020 and again mr. Satish kaushal visited and told me that replacement will be done soon as he also stated that the polish was damaged. This time also unfortunately the complaint was closed without informing/discussing anything with me and now they are saying that they can't do anything even when the product is under warranty.
Pls look into the matter as there is no point in buying branded products and paying premium prices when these companies are not bothered about warranty and don't even bother to give any response to our complaints.
Request the authorities to pls resolve this and this might be a case with many customers who are suffering and not getting justice. This is simply not acceptable where such companies claim big slogans before sales to attract customers and do not stand on their commitments after sales. Pls find attached the copy of purchase bill, warranty card and the pictures of the product.

Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [HSIL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Hindware kitchen product HOB in main kitchen exploded while cooking food by my wife.
Kindly inform you the horrible condition of this HOB blast. If it was a minor damage Iwe should have ignored. Despite of innumerable phone calls, mails and whatsapp messages the company people are ignoring this horrible tragedy Because of the blast I requested the the company to take up the responsibility and Replace the HOB. The mental stress and agony my family went through was so devastating and painful.
My wife got minor Injury on her fingers.
No family should go through these type of problems because of Hindware products.
