I am facing commode malfunction since a month and have called the hindware customer care many atimes in a month but these guys dont pay any attention to this and are neither coming over to look what has went wrong with it. The local plumber says its not something they can repair. The complaint was assigned to Mr.Manoj Pandey every time i filled a complain but he never reverts back. This level o[censored]nprofessionalism wasn't expected with a company like Hindware.

    I purchased this from ABHI Vairavan Plumbing co 59/1 Aroct road Kodambakkam chennai 600024 vide invoice 2006 18/3/2015 installed on 27/3/2015 The water closet knob when pushed down does not bring water in a gush like the original old closet. It comes slowly in trickles and hence the water empties slowly into the closet and with no force the waster is not pushed down but floats around. There must be some defect in the water opening or water pressure inside.Kindly note I have only Hindware for all three toilets and they are all good. please come and service it since it is new and i like it sethuraman auditor 21 raghavan colony 3rd street vadapalani chennai 600026 [protected]

      Our Hindware concealed flush tank has been leaking for three days now. We complained on Day 1 but no one from the company has come to fix it. Our tank is empty now but they are not bothered. The compliant number registered with them is MJ106628, work assigned to Aman.

        Well, I have been dealing with Hindware for past three weeks to get faulty toilet replaced. After many tries, finally they sent me a letter to get the replacement. Well, this place is almost two hrs away and 1000 rupee cab ride. I am suppose to carry faulty toilet to get the replacement. I bought the original toilet in the shop less than 2 kilometers away from my house. Please do not buy Hindware. It seems that many people are unhappy about their after market service!!!

          We bought a toilet 1 1/2 year ago. It never flushed properly. We called Hindware customer service guy. He came and could not figure it out. The second layer came and said, it is faulty and it is a manufacturing defect. The water inlet is suppose to be three inches here it is 5 hence does not flush well.
          It has been fifteen days and Hindware could care less to do anything about it. It is totally stuck in a red tape because no one knows their job hence do not want to take the responsibility.
          How does a big manufacture have such a worst customer service and make such defective toilets and sell it to the public for such a high cost. Do they even have a quality control department. It is not a rocket science, it is making the toilets. I am sure they have sold millions of these defective toilets to many Indians and no one knows about it.

              I bought a Hindware floor mounted toilet seat on 27th Sep, 14. Right from the very first day, after flushing, you would see the water flowing on the floor. To first it appear like a seat fitting issue and to address that, I got it re-fitted from plumber ( note it, there is a cost involved here which I had to pay). But even that didn't resolve the issue, so got it re-fitted again ( keep note of money I had to spend). When nothing solves the problem, I finally filed 2 complaints with Hindware ( complaints # MJ59694 and MJ64775). Your engineer visited the site after almost 10 days from my first complaint and claimed that it was plumbing issue. Please stay with me and try to understand the mental harassment I had to go through because I bought HINDWARE product. I called up the plumber again to do the fitting once again. Even after 4 times fitting, problem didn't resolve, so my plumber checked the product himself and found a HOLE underneath ( which your engineer failed to catch). Please see the picture attached. My losses :- a) 4 times plumbing cost, almost 1000/- bucks b) Due to water leakage, seepage in adjacent wall having wooden flooring. c) Last but not the least, all the mental harassment I had to go through and will be going until all the impacted areas get fix. In-spite of chasing for more than a month, their customer support has stop responding. Really disappointing customer support Regards, Mahesh [protected]

                Pls refer to this complaint above, as of date no one has come & visited the spot. This was dangerously exploded without any cooking going on or any person in the kitchen. at the time of explosion. While we have 2 kitchens & 2 separate hobs, we use the outside kitchen more often than this one.I want someone responsible to look into the serious matter urgently. And Pls look into your customer service processing closely. There is a very poor responds & attitude is what i sense as of now.Pls let me know whom can we call and talk directly who is responsible for this.

                    Our tap is not working properly working we have complaint 4-5 times and a year ago it was checked and repaired but now again it is not working properly, there is no speed coming of water it is flowing very slowly drop by drop so I hope you will send any checker to repair it as soon as possible

                      I purchased three sets of WC and installed in my house 5/6 years back.The cover of OPAL wc broke after two years only.Actualy bathroom was rarely used, i requested on customer care and your local office but nothing has been done, and refused to replace.I am retired chief engineer PHED Raj. and settled in Jaipur.I was out of India for one year.Recently i again talked to your customer care, they gave me name of dealer in Jaipur for purchasing the cover I contacted but there behavior was not proper, the different dealers are asking different rates. Though i contacted after guarantee period, but as the material and design is defective there fore the company is liable to replace the cover.If you like you can inspect the cover, the white cover has changed to yellow. Here i will like to inform you that due to defective design of Selecta cover you replaced at free of cost nearly 3/4 years back. I will appreciate to cooperate and replace the cover to have good will of your company.I agree that i complain late and request you to consider . I hope you will take action early

The bathroom tap (Hot - cold water) has broken now. It is very disappointing since we occupied recently. We have consulted color homes maintenance and they told to contact Hind ware directly.                           we had purchased a new model of tap of hindware brand...the problem started the next day it was fitted. the knob we rotate for opening and closing tap is very loose and it comes in our hands once we rotate. our plumbing service provider was informed.. he try to rectify it and the same prob repeats itself many a times .. we have complained it to the dealer..but they said they were helpless... now its like the consumer of your brand have been cheated with sub standard quality product..this is so disgusting... now can the company itself rectify the prob and save your name yourself please.

                            I, K.S. Prakasa Rao purchased Hindware bathroom materials for my bath rooms in the month of April 2013 at M/s Mahalaxmi Electricals, chintal, Hyderabad through your distributor M/s Durga Trading, kanajiguda, Secunderabad. In the month of March, 2014, one of the bathroom wallmixer was broken at swan neck portion. Why because of I went to Hindware product is that the distributor informed me that your products will have life time warranty comparing to other brands. I informed to my local seller of Mahalaxmi Electricals, the owner o fhe shop Mr. Champalal came to my house and cheched the broken product and he told me that open the wallmixer and handded over to his shop, so that he can arrange a new one as replacement through the company. I handed over to the shop one month back but till date no replacement came back eventhough it is purely manufacturing casting defect. After my inquiry, he told me that customercarae person came, taken photograph and gone . Please settle my issue immediately othaerwise I need to choose some other source to get justice for me.                                 I registered a complaint on 13 Oct 2014. My complain number is "mj20270". No technician has turned up till now. The time to service the request is 48 hours. When I called the toll free number on 16 Oct 2014, I was told the technician would come on that day itself. When I called the toll free number on 17 Oct 2014, I am told she will arrange for the technician as soon as possible. My flush is not working. My bathroom is smelling, I have to lift buckets full of water to put in the flush. Can anyone tell me why should anyone buy such an expensive sanitary ware when there is noone to service it. And no one to complain to. I would prefer using some local made which has a technician handy. So please people before buying water closet from hindware be prepared to make your bathroom stink for a week with no technician coming. Also every 3 months the flush is not working. So every 3 months the flush doesnt work for a week. Please help me here.

                                  It is very shameful to write about HINDWARE CUSTOMER SUPPORT... I have registered a complaint about my sink cock spindle on 09/09/2014.Hindware customer support executive gave me complain number MJ4632 & was promised me that any plumber will attend your complain within 24 to 48 hours.It is very much shameful that more than 72 hours spent but no customer support they will give to their old customer.Their dealer only know the way, how to attract customer by giving a huge discount of 25 to 28 percent, after that customers are nothing for them...                                     I lodged a complaint with the company some 10 days ago about a couple of faulty faucets at my home in Kerala. To this day, their technician has not turned up. I called their call centre five times during this period. The stock answer I got was: :My name is... We are sorry for the inconvenience. We understand your concern. A technician has already been assigned for the job. He will call you and fix the problem within 24 to 48 hours." The entire bathroom and kitchen fittings at my house are Hindware. I purchased their products with total trust in their so-called 'reputation' and 'reliability'. And see what is happening. Two of my bathrooms are out o[censored]se now and the fittings are less than two years' old! Meanwhile, I wait here for their elusive technician to show up. I have his number and called him several times. He does not pick up the phone. This is ridiculous. All the fittings are under warranty, and I underline here that the company's response to my complaint is totally unacceptable.

                                    Hindware service is very bad I also tried many times to call and mail to the customer care. They said we will provide you a technician with in 24-48 hr but they don't.
                                    Very poor quality.I am sick and tired of fixing the benelave hindware, flush tank of WC.
                                    Very worrest service for installation, i purchese hindware geyser on 06/01/19 and call to customer care for installation on 10/01/19 but still there is no response from technician and still now customer care people told tomorrow they will come, worrest service, no response, my suggestion don't buy this product.

                                      I bought 2 italian commodes (Rene model) from the so called reputed company for a huge price(18k per commode) thinking that they sell quality products. In One of the commodes the water level controller does not work and the water keeps going out even when the commode tank becomes full. The water leakage is not visible from outside, I came to know only when the entire overhead tank of water(5000lts) went waste due to this. I don't understand how this unit passed the QC check and I see QC checked stamps on the commode(probably name sake stamp).one has to wait every time minimum 15minutes to talk to someone in customer care. My complaint no is 376577, 384353 ...No response from anyone even after repeated complaints 4 times through customer care.1 month over and the commode remains unused. I should confess, the customer care executives are well trained, yes they will act as if they don't hear properly and then disconnect the call if they don't have any answer. Hindware is only good at choosing the models to advertise their hopeless products.Its better to beg instead of cheating like this, shameless Hindware!
                                      Hi, I also have similar Italian collection WC s from Hindware and they have similar problem
                                      1. The overflowing or water
                                      2. Sometimes the flush button remains pressed and doesn't bounce back.
                                      Apparently this was due to mud and hardness of water . its better to mail Hindware for any service request on [protected]@coecipl.com with problem details and ur address and phone number.
                                      They will arrange for a service person in 2 days ffrom my experience in Bangalore .

                                      Then its sheer luck if the service person will fix it properly or not. I got mine fixed 3 times and finally its OK . if the problem is due to mud and hardness, the flush ball and release valve system need to be removed and cleaned thoroughly. In worst cases the parts need to be changed for which cost is high about 1200 for each ( flush release valve system and flush float ball system)

                                      Most service person will insist on not giving u any bill for repairs which is a big problem. Out of three services I haven't got even one repair bill or part replacement bill .

                                      Good luck . do let me know the prices of parts, because I feel cheated . aanither option is to take annual AMC and get such services and parts free .

                                      The overflow control system (flush ball as we call it in water tanks) is seen on left in blue .

                                      The release valve system can be seen on right in white with two blue dots on top . I got my release valve system changed for 1200 RSRS and no bill !
                                      I too having this issue. Rene 2 closets. Both having this issue. While overhead tank of 1000 liters vanished overnight. This Rene is defective product. every time maintenance person comes does something and goes away and this is happening again and again. Crap Product. Hindware is no where providing permanent solution.
