Hitachi — AC is not working ,

I am very sad to writing you this letter .I have purchased an air conditioner from Neha Electronics on 7th May 2014, after few days Ac was not working properly it became noisy, after that it was not cooling after registering my complain technician came but he could not give satisfactory solution I told the technician while he was attending the complain that it is not cooling well he told me that don’t worry it will work, but after two days it did not work whole day than I again registered my complain to customer care they told me your problem will be resolved by our senior technician within 38 hours. Next day on 2.7.2014 I again did follow up with customer care executive he/she told don’t worry till evening your complain will be attended by our senior Technician JUNED AHMD, but same was not happened .Today your technician came after follow up done by me, he saw machine & told this problem will not be solved by me. It is not in my radar so please you make call to my senior .I made call that No but he did not pick call & I am suffering with same problem. I again made a call to customer care executive 5 times, I requested please forward my request & solve my problem they ensure only but still I did not get any solution. So I request to you please replace my ac & give me new one because within a month I have suffered a lot by this machine.
