I have raised a SR on 20th April with SR no [protected] for which your technician visited after 4 days on 24th Apr, on 28th Your team visited with faulty part without tested & raised a new request [protected]. My SR is pending for 25days now without any resolution & no-one is willing to update the status.The services that I am getting from Hitachi is unacceptable & pathetic & I will not recommend any one to go with Hitachi. From last 25 days I am suffering in this heat because of Hitachi.
No-one is bother to revert over email & there call centre executive doesn't have any information or anything wherein they can connect to some responsible person. I have done the escalation over email to level-1 & level-2 as well but no revert yet. Also I have purchased this AC in 2018 & now service centre is saying that these parts are not covered in warranty, not sure why these parts are not covered in warranty.
