Hitachi — AC was having a small issue but company wanted to earn money by making false issues | |||
Hello, I am a Hitachi customer and using their AC from last one year. I made a purchase on 7th April 2014 and found this year on 15th April 2015 that their was a lot of noise in the AC and called the customer care and the person who visited was always talking that you will be charged about 5000 or more for many the fan motor without checking what could be the exact issue. After telling this he started walking outside so that we should start taking stress and would pay him the amount immediately. He left and we felt a little suspicious about his behaviour and called some local person to actually see what the issue may have been. He saw and understood that only a small piece of rubber was touching the fan because of which the issue was their. He aligned it properly and all went fine. You all can see how Hitachi is cheating their costumers and trying to earn money by creating false pressure on costumers so that they pay them money and this is how they are earning. Their products a re such that you face issues every year and they earn from you every year.A strict action should be taken against these people so that they would not dare to behave in such unprofessional way with others also. This complaint should be taken to their higher officials so that they don't mess with costumers like this and try to ROB them. Was this information helpful? | |||
