Hitachi — After sale service | |||
Hitachi has the worst after sale service, i have registered complaint a week ago and my complaint number is [protected] for normal service and inspite of several calls and mails i havn't heard from Hitachi and the best part is no body is ready to take the responsibility in there call centre and can't commit on timelines. i'm scared if there normal service is so pathetic then how will they deliver in case of major fault.. Very poor after sale service from Hitachi. Once their warranty expires they didn't pay any attention to the consumer complaints. Their authorised service centre GOLDEN REFRIGERTION also didn't pay any attention. Will not buy any further AC from Hitachi.
