Hitachi — Air Conditioner Not Cooling

Hi! I had the servicing and Gas changed on 20th May my reference number for the same i [protected], the ac is still not working properly we had made a call yesterday and again today to the vendor, but no response from him. The number was shared by the hitachi customer care servise. Request you to please look into the same. i dont understand what the issue is there with the services by your company.
