Hello,
I have bought Hitachi AC 1.5 ton Model(KAZE +) from vijay sales Ahmedabad last year in March-2014.As per Hitachi company service policy they provide three free service in first year, but i have been served with only one.
I have logged mine complaint in Hitachi Customer care(by email and by phone) but no one responding well.
Requesting you to please let me now what i have to do now?
