[Resolved]  Hitachi — complaint related to my windows AC 1.5 Ton- compressor problem

I am pretty much frustrated with the after sales support of Hitachi. despite the repeated complaint's I am still struggling with the compressor problem of my AC. after calling up the customer care daily engineer visited after 7 days & was not able to resolve my compressor problem. My compliant numbers are [protected], [protected] can any one guide me how to move forward & share the escalation matrix or the forum where I can raise my concerns.
